Refunds and cancellation

Cancelling

You can cancel any month. Open the profile menu in the app and choose "Manage subscription", or email subscribe@timeplusenergy.com from the address you subscribed with.

If you cancel part-way through a month: your access continues to the end of the month you have already paid for, nothing further is charged, and the month you are in is not refunded (the first-payment exception below still applies). Your record is kept so that resubscribing brings it back.

Refunds

If grade two is not for you, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we refund that payment in full. After the first 14 days, and for renewal payments, payments are not refunded, but you can cancel at any time so that you are not charged again.

If we take a payment in error, or a payment is taken after you cancelled, we refund it in full as soon as you tell us.

How refunds arrive

A refund goes back to the card or payment method you paid with, through the payment partner that took the payment (Creem as Merchant of Record once our switch to it is complete; Stripe until then). It usually shows within five to ten working days, depending on your bank. We never send money by any other route.

Your rights sit above this policy

Nothing here removes the rights your consumer law gives you. If you are in the EU and the law gives you a 14-day right of withdrawal on this purchase, that right applies as the payment partner's Buyer Terms describe it, and a valid withdrawal is refunded within 14 days of your notice. The payment partner may also refund a payment where its own rules or the law require it, for example a duplicate charge.

How quickly we answer

We answer every payment, refund or cancellation email within three business days, usually the same day.
